Klimco and Blasting Machines: Join Together

Over 75 years of abrasive blasting

Since the 1940s, CLEMCO has designed and manufactured abrasive air blasting machines for many industries in the United States and around the world. Much has changed after more than 75 years in business, and Kilimco has changed over time.

Over the decades, CLEMCO has expanded its business of the main blast machine to five production lines:

Classic blast machines

The first CLEMCO blasting machine had a 1.5-foot pressure vessel, and from this machine, the BLAST MACHINE classic machine line spread out.

CLEMCO has been a leader in innovation and reliability ever since.

Contractor blast machines

Clemco Contractor Blast Machines are improved versions of the Classic Blast Machine line, but are designed with the contractors in mind, and are designed with rugged and more versatile features to handle more types of jobs.

Wetblast systems

Clemco Wetblast Systems suppress dust in blasting operations by mixing abrasives with a small amount of water

Bulk machines – large clems

Clio Blast Bulk Machines are alternative versions of our Classic Blast Machines. We call it Big Clems and design it with Big Clem upgrades.

AEROLYTE non-aggressive machines blast

Klimco AeroAerolyte non-aggressive lyte Systems was a pioneer in the technology of using plastic media for dry-dry military aircraft in the early 1980s.

In addition to military applications, Aerolyte Systems utilized this technology to develop equipment that uses other lightweight, non-hostile materials (sodium bicarbonate, stone powder, corn cob, etc.) for civilian use, such as the Pool Pal and Soft King blasting machines.
